Colborne Street Clinic offers an interdisciplinary complement of therapeutic services, located all under one roof, and  collaborating with each other and within the community.

 

All psychotherapists are masters prepared, offering a variety of therapeutic inteventions within a client centred model.

 

Psychotherapy,

Colborne Street Clinic provides a warm and inviting environment, offering individual counselling and psychotherapy, as well as specialized services in the areas of: 

 

  • Addictions counselling and recovery coaching

  • Adolescent and family therapy

  • Bereavement counselling and support groups

  • Divorce/Parenting coaching and mediation

  • Marriage and couple counselling

  • Specialized services for vulnerable women, and women in transition.

Psychoeducational Assessment

A psychoeducational assessment It consists of an assessment of psychological aspects of learning and of academic skills. 

 

This assessment can be used to assist in identification of a learning disability, or assessment of symptoms of ADHD or other factors that affect learning.   If applicable, the psycho-educational assessment report includes a diagnostic statement, which is required by school - boards’ IPRC committees for the delivery of specialized educational programs.

Restorative Justice

Naturopathic medicine focuses on addressing the underlying causes of health concerns for patients of all ages.
